2024 SEASON - PLEASE READ

We plan to ship roses from mid-April through mid-November

We are granting wholesale accounts to a limited amount of new floral design customers for 2024. As most flower farmers are reporting, we are experiencing high demand for product. In addition, during the last couple seasons we had some new florists that were not comfortable with processing roses out of the box and the time it takes. New customers who would need product shipped (rather than local pick-up), must have proven experience processing garden roses from RSF or other field grown garden rose farms. Prior to placing an order please email alexandria@rosestoryfarm.com with your reference(s) and/or experience.

Wholesale rates are strictly for floral designers, event planners and interior designers.

Box and shipping fees will continue to fluctuate based on vendor pricing (i.e., fuel and corrugation costs).

Wholesale Terms

ROSE PRICING
$35 – Iceberg and Farmer’s Choice per 10-stem bunch (all colors may be used - no exceptions. Ideal for retail and home deliveries.)
$45 – Most varieties, per 10-stem bunch
$52 – Florence DeLattre (limited availability)
$52 – Sample Bunches – two varieties, 14-stems total, customer’s choice

BOX PRICING* (includes ice and sustainable packing materials)
$23 – Small box, 1-3 bunches (depending on rose size)
$25 – Quarter box, 4-8 bunches
$40 – Medium box, 9-16 bunches
$46 – Large box, 17-25 bunches
*Box pricing may change during the 2022 season due to corrugation shortage

SHIPPING
Costs above do not include shipping and will be estimated at time of shipment. Box size will depend on size of the roses which may vary throughout the season. There is no minimum order for delivery or pick-up. Payment is required prior to shipping. If an invoice is unpaid prior to planned ship date, the box will not be shipped.

We ship from mid-April to mid-November, based on availability/weather.

Shipping orders are sent via FedEx Priority Overnight and generally arrive the next day between 8:30am and 10:30am. For shipping addresses outside the morning delivery areas or if you are unable to sign for delivery, we recommend “hold for pickup” at FedEx’s expanded footprint which includes drug stores (i.e., CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid). These locations are the first delivery stops in the morning and they provide signature on your behalf. Pick-up is generally at the Photo Counter. To find the nearest location to you enter your address at FedEx.com, select “hold for pick-up” and find a location that delivers prior to 11:00am.

We have been shipping roses for over 24 years. FedEx has proven to be the most reliable and helpful vendor. Unfortunately, there are still challenges and difficulties. Once your box has been received by FedEx, Rose Story Farm is not responsible for any product damage due to shipping delays, box loss or box mishandling. If your delivery does not arrive the day that Fedex guarantees and there is product damage as a result, Rose Story Farm will submit an insurance claim on your behalf that is reviewed by FedEx Revenue Assurance. FedEx will not pay on weather related or traffic delays. Also, shipping during inclement weather increases the risk of delivery issues and resulting product damage. If FedEx pays the claim, we will refund you the entire amount of your order. Rose Story Farm will not refund or offer any credits directly.

PRODUCT CLAIMS DUE TO SHIPPING MISHANDLING
Claims must be made to Rose Story Farm within eight hours of receiving the order and must be accompanied by photos of roses, box, packing damage if applicable. If your box arrives and has damage, please photograph before opening. Rose Story Farm does not honor any product claims made after the eight-hour receiving window. No refunds will be issued. Shipping costs will not be deducted or refunded. FedEx is less likely to issue credits if any of the following conditions apply: Saturday shipments, weather conditions, second day arrivals, delayed unpacking, rural area delivery, and signature waiver requested by customer.
