The cottage is available for rent for a minimum stay of one week. The large master bedroom has a built-in queen-sized bed, seating area and work-space. The bathroom has a large claw foot tub and stall shower. There is an additional sleep nook with a double bed, just off the living area. The cottage has full sized laundry, cable and wifi. The farm is five minutes to downtown Carpinteria and 10 minutes to Carpinteria State Beach. This exquisite historic farm is situated in the foothills adjacent to Cate School, one mile from Carpinteria, with its classic California beach town vibe, including an emerging food scene complete with farmer's market, multiple coffee bars, brewery and ale houses and a selection of eating establishments featuring fresh local produce and ethnic selections.
