A minimum purchase of five (5) bunches is required for shipping. A minimum purchase of two (2) bunches is required for local pick up. Orders placed before 11am will be ready the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be available the following day for shipping or for local pick up as early as 8am.

Garden rose prices are subject to change without notice due to unpredictable weather/growing conditions. Quality claims must be made to Rose Story Farm within eight hours of receiving the order and must be accompanied by a photo. No credits will be issued without photos of roses and/or box/packing damage if it applies.

Rose Story Farm does not honor product claims made after the eight hour receiving window. All product claims must be approved by Rose Story Farm manager. On approved claims the damaged product will be replaced on your next order. Shipping costs will not be deducted or refunded. Rose Story Farm will not issue credits if any or all of the following conditions include but are not limited to; Saturday shipments, damage due to shipping issues or weather conditions, second day arrivals requested by the customer, rural area delivery, and signature waiver requested by customer.

Orders shipping after November 15th are ‘buyer beware’ due to erratic winter weather, high holiday shipping volume, and other unforeseeable shipping issues. Buyer assumes all responsibility for product loss should it occur. Rose Story Farm will not issue credit on damaged or lost product during the winter season.

Shipping costs are estimated and will be adjusted according to the actual shipping rate.

Orders that are picked up by client are approved at pick up. Any quality claims must be made at the time of pick up.
